Dressd uses the information you provide to create personalized style previews and deliver your results. We do not sell your personal information. This page explains what we collect, why we need it, and the services that help us operate Dressd.

Information we collect

• Your quiz answers, including age range, location, goals, and style preferences.
• The photos you upload and the looks, previews, and guidance created from them.
• Your account identifier and the email you provide for purchase or account access.
• Purchase status and transaction identifiers. Stripe and RevenueCat process payment details; Dressd does not receive your full card number.
• Basic usage, acquisition, device, performance, and error information used to understand the funnel and keep the service reliable.
• Messages and details you send when contacting us.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• operate the quiz, analyze your photo, and generate personalized style results;
• maintain your account and let you return to purchased results;
• process and verify purchases and handle refunds or payment disputes;
• send requested sign-in codes, purchase confirmations, and result-ready emails;
• respond to support and privacy requests; and
• measure product usage, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve Dressd.

Services that process information

Dressd uses Amazon Web Services for hosting, identity, private storage, diagnostics, and transactional email; OpenAI for photo analysis and image generation; Google Places for location search; Amplitude for product analytics; and RevenueCat and Stripe for checkout and purchase verification. These providers process information only for the services they supply.

Storage and retention

Uploaded source photos and generated results are currently retained so Dressd can complete generation and let you return to your results. Source photos do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. Low-resolution preview images used in transactional emails may be delivered through hard-to-guess public links; original uploads and full paid results remain access-controlled.

You may ask us to delete your information. We may retain limited purchase, security, or legal records where necessary. Provider systems may keep limited copies for security and abuse prevention under their own retention rules.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@dressd.co from the address connected to your account so we can verify and handle your request.

Children

Dressd is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
