About these terms

These terms apply when you use Dressd, upload a photo, or purchase a personalized style pack. By using Dressd, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use Dressd

You must be at least 18 years old. Upload only a photo of yourself, or an image you are authorized to use. Do not upload images of children or content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates another person’s privacy or rights.

What Dressd provides

Dressd creates personalized digital style previews and, after purchase, a one-time style pack. It is not a subscription. The service uses automated and AI-assisted processing, so results may contain visual artifacts, inaccuracies, or suggestions that are not available in every location.

Dressd does not guarantee exact likeness, clothing fit, attractiveness, retailer stock, or a particular personal or professional outcome. The results are style guidance, not medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Your content

You keep your rights in the photos and information you provide. You give Dressd and its service providers permission to host, copy, analyze, transform, and otherwise process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and deliver your results.

Subject to these terms, you may use the results delivered to you for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Dressd’s name, interface, software, and brand assets remain protected and may not be copied or resold.

Purchases and refunds

The final price and currency are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe through RevenueCat. Dressd honors refunds required by applicable law and may also refund duplicate charges, inaccessible purchases, or generation failures that we cannot reasonably fix.

To request help, email hello@dressd.co using the purchase email and include the order identifier if available. Approved refunds return through the original payment method; provider processing times vary. Refunded or reversed purchases may lose access to paid results.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person’s account or results, interfere with Dressd, bypass payment or security controls, scrape the service, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or use it to create deceptive, harmful, or illegal material.

Availability and responsibility

Dressd is an early product and may change, experience delays, or occasionally be unavailable. We will try to fix service failures and preserve paid access, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
